Anyone that has sold millions and millions of records have presumably done it because they've impacted a lot of people and the aftereffect of them selling that much is no doubt going to impact something.
Her name is Taylor Swift and though she is very successful, she has no recognisable image, no memorable videos, no fashion impact, no good interviews - she really has nothing but radio-friendly bops for a very general audience.
