because her promo has been mediocre, no support on radio, never attended music award shows (of course she didn't perform lol), the 2 promo singles and the lead single flopped. A 8 YEARS BREAK

May I ask how Hilary hasn't received promo? RCA gave her THREE opportunities to do something on the charts and she failed them each and every time. She's not going to receive massive sized promo until she proves it's worth it to the label. Maybe the more than expected album sales will do the trick.

With that said, these are actually decent numbers for Hilary/Adam I must say.
Thought they would come in with half of those numbers.
