the record is "first four studio albums". Beyonce has had albums with DC. So DIL wasn't her first album.

The reason why I think they might also use DC is an excuse is because of what happened when 'Poker Face' got to number one. Billboard said "Gaga is the first female to get her "first two singles" to number one since Christina did it in 1999. They completely ignored Beyonce getting 'Crazy In Love' and 'Baby Boy' to number one because those songs weren't her first songs because she's had songs with DC.

Same thing might happen this time around with Beyonce.

It was because "Work It Out" was counted as Bee's first solo Single

And they won't count them together...because if they would, Beyonce would be the one with the most #1 Singles this decade...
But they only counted her Solo Singles...

As far as I remember, they counted Bonnie & Clyde as her first Single as a Solo Artist, because she was featured on it, and thats why Gaga and Christina got the record...

We don't know whether it's going to be counted or not... Only on her 5th album (if it debuts at #1) we will know.... But I guess she has chances of having more #1 debuts with her upcoming albums, unless there is some SuBo on the way...

And I think that would be a still a record for Beyonce... As people should know what was done with Destiny's Child, was done with Destiny's Child, Beyonce as solo, is a different thing....
