It'll definitely get another season, the hype for it alone guarantees it'll be highly watched. If they do go through the whole series than the basic structure of the show is as a procedural drama. There's enough potential to create stories there. They don't have to follow or be inspired by a specific comic storyline to continue on writing episodes, just like it's pretty much guaranteed that there will be episodes in the show that are in no way similar to the Alias series.

I think they're using most of it, and the main villain. Even if they leave some for season 2, they'll still need a new killgrave.
