Because her halftime performance is the new standard, which we will see all others compared to. Notice that no one is bringing up Bruno or Madonna.

Why are the Hive getting so defensive? Every thread I enter I see them mentioning Beyoncé this Beyoncé that 
Guys you don't have to fear for anything lol. It's not like we are shaming your fave's ratings or anything
Katy nailed it and so she deserves huge ratings (I hope  )

I think Im gonna call it right now. Katy is gonna have bigger numbers then Beyonce but not sure if she is gonna snatch Madonna or Bruno. If she does thats impressive.

Why is the Hive worried when their fav already managed to book that Half Time stage and joined the roster containing Prince, Rolling Stones, Janet, etc? More importantly, Bey did not see an 84% drop from the previous Super Bowl, so she's fine.

I happened to watch the game with football fanatics (I was the only homo in attendance) and the stan wars between the Seahawk fans and the Pats fans were more intense than me dragging Katy Perry by myself as no one seemed to care/went to take bathroom breaks. Face it. Football is HUGE in the States.

Isn't it down to who is playing, more hype? I don't think it matters if Katy's is the highest. Bruno had the highest yet people are still going back to Beyonce's and Madonna's.
