As of February doesn't make it unreliable, it only makes it outdated, which means Unconditionally had sold more since then.
So embarrassing

An article that has nothing do with DWUW? It's not even mentioned !!
DWUW easily outsold Uncle WW. It actually outsold Birthday & TIHWD combined (both had videos).
Do What U Want
US - Platinum (1,000,000)
Denmark - Platinum (30,000)
Italy - Gold (15,000)
Sweden - Platinum (40,000)
Venezuela - Gold (5,000)
UK - Silver (200,000)
Mexico - Platinum (60,000)
Canada - Gold (40,000) *not updated*
Birthday
US - Gold (500,000)
Australia - Platinum (70,000)
This Is How We Do
US - Gold (500,000)
Australia - Platinum (70,000)
Sweden - Platinum (40,000)

Cool.
DWUW had more performances and remixes than Birthday + TIHWD combined
Embarrassing.

By 1.9 million, but apparently Gaga's successful and global singles failed to make people buy her album.

you're comparing 2 over promoted POP records from new music recorders
to
1 barely promoted R&B record from a nearly 2 decade career artist. let it sink
let it sink tho.
Drunk In Love sold 1.7m in US (very good) for 160m Al airplay (which is not that huge nowadays with the new rules).
not only that the album was dropped atst so people had other worries... especially with the highly praised content and the visuals people prefered buying the album.
Partition is at 800k for an urban only released song it very good.
XO, Pretty Hurts were fiascos because one was overshadowed by Drunk since that what they want (but she didn't even send it ) and PH was only sent to urban radio, come on.
let's not talk about Taylor & Adele cases. Beyoncé is one of the most illegally downloaded artist ( 300k for the first week of ST only). people who buy Adele music are in their 30s or are stelled down people who don't use *******s and limewire and ***** like this. same with Taylor and the rich white little girls.
I have nothing against it but sometimes it gets to my nerves that you act like Beyoncé is doing safe music and forget that she has a huge urban audience who obviously buy music less than the pop audience.
urban audience tends to stream n to download illegally. get it.

Beyonce can easily get another hit, people love and respect her, she just needs a more radio/ GP-friendly sound.
People are definitely over Gaga, for good. Most of her remaining fans are gays and she's losing them rapidly.

Mess at these little monsters so engaged in tiny things like Unc vs DWUW and missing the bigger picture - PRISM outsold ARTPOP and C2C combined, Katy accumulated almost 2 Billion YT views, performing at Superbowl, Billboard's Female Artist of The Year, PRISM Tour outselling ARTRAVE, etc, etc

= 1,710,000
And that's not even including Australia, Canada, etc where it did well so I'm probably missing 200k sales and the other European countries too.
Check her receipts thread and seethe.

BEYONCÉ doubled ARTPOP its numbers, with only like 10% of the promo

First of all, not everything gets certified. HDD are very reliable and obviously Uncle outsold the other one. But regardless why are you comparing it to Birthday and TIHWD? Those are 4th and 5th singles after the album had already sold most its copies. And one more thing is people here seem to forget that Dark Horse was overshadowing Uncle (which honestly wasn't nearly as good). The minute she allowed one radio station to play Dark Horse in heavy rotation it shot up to the #1 spot, before the music video. Did DWUW have something overshadowing it? It even had more airplay than Uncle while one was coming off a smash hit, and the other was coming off Applause.

I heard PRISM sold more than 2 albums recently released by a certain pop star
can someone confirm this?

Ye, that's why she begged and begged and begged and begged for people to buy her album. All those cheap tactics they used to secure #1 during release week

If Gaga's ARTPOP singles were so global, then why did BEYONCÉ sell more outside of the US than ARTPOP? Beyoncé ha local singles making people buy the album WW?
And Gaga performed everywhere nnnnn
