90 Pills N Potions - Nicki Minaj
This was a nice song to hear from her, and it was something different compared to the songs she’s known for. For a lead single though it obviously wasn’t strong enough and it did seem quite mediocre. The chorus was repetitive, but it’s catchy, and the verses sounded good also.
89 Superheroes - The Script
This sounds awfully similar to ‘They Don’t Know About Us’ by One Direction, or maybe just the chorus does. It really was quite a decent single from them, but compared to their other releases there isn’t much special about it.

Super Love - Dami Im
It’s generic, but I find the beat of this quite interesting. I’m glad she was able to get another hit out of this, because I wasn’t really expecting that much at first. She did a really good piano performance of this song as well, so I’ll give her that.

Replay - Zendaya
I would always hear about this song all the time on this site because it was released earlier in the US, so I was well aware of it once it got released where I live. There doesn’t seem to be much special about it at first, but it’s catchy once it grows on you, props to her

Borrow My Heart - Taylor Henderson *178 on 2013 End of Year Chart
I never followed X Factor so I didn’t really know about this guy when this song came out, but when I first heard this song on the radio I knew it was something I would like. I was surprised at an acoustic song being released as an x factor single as well, so yeah I was happy with this. Probably one of the more enjoyable Top 40 songs for me late last year.
85 Shot Me Down (feat. Skylar Grey) - David Guetta
Eh, it’s nothing special compared to his older stuff. It’s extremely repetitive, not only the drop but the verses repeat as well, so it doesn’t really go anywhere. Still a song that did well and was quite decent in the end.
84 The Power of Love - Gabrielle Aplin
This is like ethereal, idk, I remember at one point getting bored of this, but there’s something really good about the production that I like.
83 Take Me Home (feat. Bebe Rexha) - Cash Cash
First reaction to this was that it was incredibly generic, like really. buuuut it was very catchy, and it grew on me a lot.
82 Heroes (we could be) [feat. Tove Lo] - Alesso
I’m glad Tove Lo was able to get another hit out of this, and it’s completely different to ‘Habits’. It’s decent, mainly because her voice flows so well on it.
81 Human - Christina Perri
Yeah this was a brilliant song from her, it grew on me a lot and her voice sounds great on it, definitely a favourite from earlier on in the year. The build up makes the song tbh
