Hey guys, German fans are always lucky. Ashley Tisdale will be performing live at the Viva COMET 2009, in the König-Pilsener-Arena in Oberhausen (Germany) on May 29! Ashley is not nominated for any awards, but she's going to perform live, which is really big!
