A couple of hit singles aren't usually gonna move a lot of first-week sales when it comes to pop albums (see Katy, Bruno, Rihanna...) but with two songs currently rising on radio and hopefully more singles being well-received chances are she's going to have decent longevity.
I'm not 100% sure of this, but the reason why her first album did so well first-week was a pretty heavy iTunes discount which boosted opening numbers. That + lack of a strong 2nd/3rd single --> YT had poor longevity and is yet to scan Gold.

Dear Lord, have you seen Rihanna's opening numbers? She's barely scanned 200K (or less) during Black Friday for years despite tons of massive hits. You really can't use first-week numbers to say an artist is "struggling".
