Two parent families are ideal for many reasons In a patriarchal, two income society, it’s often difficult for single women to afford a quality of life, for themselves and their kids, that’s solidly middle class or better. Ciara is an exception to this because she's a multi-millionaire. Really, the only things she was risking by having Future’s baby was being tethered to his gene pool and having to deal with him on some sort of regular basis for the next two decades. Ci's not gonna go broke if there’s another mouth to feed, and she has more than enough money to make sure that her son attends the best schools, lives in the safest neighborhoods, travels, has hired help, and all the extras.
Future isn’t just a philanderer, he’s sloppy about it, hence the multiple baby mamas. Funny how Jay and Ye only have two children, between them, even though they’ve been with . . . Even Chris Brown doesn’t have any kids. So, from where I’m sitting, if Ci doesn’t want to put up with cheating, then her son is not an incentive to put up with cheating, especially since she isn’t financially dependent upon Future. Marrying him is not going to make things better.
