The Fame, The Fame Monster, Born This Way and 21, to name a few, are albums that show that artists are still very capable of selling impressive numbers as long as the music is good enough, but Katy has NEVER sold that much

Why are you trying to use Born This Way to drag Katy's sales when Teenage Dream sold just as much, had bigger singles, is still selling and is more remembered?

You clearly fail to grasp the points I'm making

Maybe if you spent more time in the classroom and less time on ATRL sis
Let me break it down for you in basic bitch terms. Xtina's album sales at the time were equaled or beaten by many albums, so her sales weren't the biggest numbers at the time. The albums you named sold similar numbers to Xtina, but those numbers are not common for their time, which is why they are some of the biggest albums of their time. So for you to say Katy should be selling Xtina numbers which weren't the biggest album sales of her time right now for her to be as big as Xtina just because a few albums which were the biggest of their time managed to sell those numbers is pure delusion. You can sit back downE now
