There is no perfect justice system in the world but that doesn't mean we should stop locking up people in prison cause if we are going by your logic, we might end up freeing prisoners selectively based on physical traits. And USA is very lucky compared to other countries considering the advancements in criminological science and tech but y'all complaining over a small percentage in convicted innocence according to research which even those organization who conducted those criminal studies do not take the statistics seriously because of its high margin of error due to the system itself and human frailties.
