also... I wouldn't mind at all if Jive suppressed downloads until airplay was very high, because Britney getting only her 2nd #1 would be an epic headline

no, alot of songs promo CD's are sent to radios before the adds date, or released before, so no it doesnt mean thats the adds date...

adds dates are on tuesdays anyways
