Yes, but they don't kill people because of their issues being sociable, or interacting with people. In fact, many manage their lives nearly fully normally in the modern day. His Asperger's probably had next to nothing to do with the fact that he was willing to brutally murder seven human beings.
I'm more just confused where anyone got "angry" out of AS - my friends with it aren't angry people. I fit the bill for it in every way and I'm only angry when you get me behind the wheel around ****** drivers.
