Beyoncé's last 2 looks have been last minute looks according to her stylist. I think that's why there are so polarizing. And I think her 2013 look was actually made in 2011 but bey decided to not wear it.
This year should be better because it seems they're better prepared.

TBH none of Bey's looks has been an overwhelming YES. Her best effort was the long purple one and even that was faced with harsch criticism of being desperate and then that nude thing showing underneath it. :X

I hope this year is the year where she gets it right seeing as this is such a big year for her musically too.

No. Rihanna got Best Dressed by every Fashion critic and topped every list even E!'s Fashion Police. Beyonce made Best Dressed Lists as well but she was also on some Worst Dressed as well.
