She wrote the actual verses, Detail was responsible for the hook
Future's story really doesn't make sense considering the first time he talked about this he said Detail wrote the melody and all Future did was record the reference vocals...so any issues he has he needs to take up with Detail
And Bey paid for the song and owns the rights to it

Future is asked by Details to record some music with him.
Details takes this music to Beyonce.
Beyonce adds her free styling.
Beyonce releases it.
Future remixes it a month later.
What's the issue? That he wasn't credited? That he wasn't allowed to release his version? Who is saying he can't if he is the one that owns it?
