I like this, but it seems to be a bit of a half in, half out EDM attempt in my opinion they should have either fully gone for a hard hitting EDM song or not at all, but this seems rather tame and doesn't really lead anywhere for me
Um, this is exactly why the song IS so amazing. It blends their sound with EDM.
I love it. The EDM songs are usually withoul soul and with a poor lyrical. But with Coldplay as the writer of this song, this has so much life and color. Definitely, this is good.

After listening to this for multiple times I can say this is my least favorite song they did since X&Y.
It's good but it feels like everyone could sing it which I don't think does them justice.

It's so moving his voice is so UNIQUE so nobody can sing it like him.
I hope this grows on me...Midnight and Magic raised the bar so high that ASFS sounds kinda boring and generric...but I'm sure I'll love this eventually!
