It can be totally compared since the only people that bought BJ were her fans, Q4 effects are for people that are connecting with the GP. So there wasn't a Q4 advantage for Britney or anything, everyone knows just strictly her fans purchased that album. So it would totally be the same of it was released in Q1, Q2, Q3 or Q4.
I'm shocked Shakira couldn't do 100K outside USA with so much advantages she had like performances in multiple shows around the world and even the help of Rihanna. #mess
