Actually, Boys Boys Boys was next for Gaga, and Starstruck would have been the sixth global single (seventh overall).

What could have been if she had done this and then moved Monster EP into it's own album with select BTW songs for her second album.

the BTW era is really hard to actually prove because Gaga did say she could go like 10 singles deep with the album do just about anything could've been announced as a possible single

I don't recall Two More Lonely People being a rejected single.... the third single from Can't Be Tamed was going to be Every Rose Has It's Thorn, then they wanted Stay to be released in Australia during the Gypsy Heart Tour and nothing happened.

Um I know that Nicki said 'Girls Fall Like Dominoes' was supposed to be a single that got a video.. which I'm assuming meant she was eventually gonna release it in the US

Because I remember how sad I was when it never got it's chance to smash here could you imagine if she had actually pushed for that video and gotten all the girls she named check for just a scene? It would have been iconic.
