I have a feeling that Katy and her team's original plan for PRISM's single releases is...

1. Roar
2. Unconditionally
3. Birthday/This Is How We Do
4. Walking on Air (promo turned to single ala ET)
5. Legendary Lovers
6. This Moment (or other midtempos ala TOTGA)

...but Dark Horse happend so they scrapped some tracks in favor for the perfect storm...

Someone posted that Katy is releasing This Moment as a single, im not sure though if it's legit or not...

I think her 4th single will be released some time in mid-April. Dark Horse is still slaying the top 10 during March, unless it free-fall for a reason. Therefore, it will serve as a spring-summer single because usually a Katy Perry single lasts 3 to 4 months...

So that's mid-April to late July/early August. After that, that's the perfect time to release her 5th single, the autumn smash hit that is Legendary Lovers...

Birthday might have an extended run towards the end of the summer like Starships did, and there's no harm with releasing Legendary Lovers on August. When it reaches its peak we'll be well into autumn, although they could always squeeze This Is How We Do or Walking On Air between LL and Birthday.

I prefer not to release something between Birthday and Legendary Lovers though. She can release WOA/TIHWD after her winter-ballad/midtempo 6th single...
