Just listened to this. I must say I'm disappointed I expected SO much from them after "Torches".
It has a few standouts but the whole thing is nothing special. I hope it grows on me.

I love Torches (Was in my Top 5 of 2011) I only REALLY use the singles and I Would Do Anything For You

I think this album is more cohesive and balance as opposed to Torches, which was more up and down for me. The Truth, Nevermind and Best Friend are my favs, but they dont touch Call It What You Want, I Wold Do Anything For You andPumped Up Kicks (My trinity) just quite yet...

Still a solid album, I just open the other videos are as entertaining as the torches videos...

Pretty sad to see the popular reaction towards this album is so negative since I have been really enjoying it.
I'm also surprised since there are some really great tracks on here and a few that sound like reworked Torches songs ( Ask Yourself, BestFriend, & The Truth).
This style change and fan reaction reminds me of when Panic! At the Disco shifted from the more electronic dance genre of A Fever You Can't Sweat Out to the more subdued & organic Pretty Odd. Record. Also reminds me of when The Killers released their second record & moved from a more pop sound and stepped foot into a more alternative rock genre. And anyone else get When You Were Young teas from Coming of Age??

The Truth is QUICKLY becoming one of my favorite songs from them

and Ask Me was one of my least favs when it leaked, but ive been slowly turning around to this song

I like this sound. I'm a sucker for anything alternative. But I see why people are saying that Torches is better, there are no Houdinis and I Would Do Anything For Yous.
