Okay so I kind of like Ricki-Lee and Can't Touch It is one of the greatest pop songs of the 2000's, but lately she has become a little biT of a basic mess. Like Fear & Freedom may as well have just been retitled On The Floor because she said the phrase in EVERY SINGLE DAMN SONG, and Come & Get In Trouble With Me generic and basic in every sense of the words, and although Do It Like That was a bop, she really needs to just reevaluate her career and put something good out because she can do something good if she really wants to, I just know it.
She's been working with RedOne so hopefully she gets those BOPS.

YAS she posted on Instagram late last year of her in the studio and it was tagged RedOne productions, and she posted the other day that she was back in the studio for the first recording sessions of 2014... I'm actually so excited to hear Ricki's vocals over an insane RedOne beat. I just hope that he doesn't give her any J-Lo reject mess beats, otherwise that'll just be so disappointing.

How is she losing appeal when she had a SMASH single just recently? Australian Pop girls hardly ever get hit singles anymore unless its their debut from a talent show (Samantha Jade, Dami Im, etc.) yet Pop A Bottle slayed the entire country, and rightfully so. It's just a fun pop song.

I'm speaking my mind, not the public's. To me, she isn't interesting anymore. She was really exciting and fresh back when she was on Idol, and her music in 2009 was pretty cool, but lately nothing about her screams "look into my music beyond the singles I'm giving you!", and the singles she's giving us are . "Pop a Bottle" is as bland as the name suggests.
Don't forget "I Never Liked You".

Guy Sebastian is great but Like A Drum is just another Wake Me Up knockoff and not a great one at that.
