Katy's first performances of all her Teenage Dream songs that she slays currently were equally as tragic years ago. It just takes her a while to get the songs down and she seems nervous premiering new songs live. She just needs to rehearse things more. Dark Horse will get better live with time.
Thus proving Katy is a weak vocalist and performer.

good or bad, performances don't really matter tho. The GP, who is everyone, doesn't buy music they like based on performances. They buy it because they like the sound of it. I know half of them are dead, but I've never seen the Beatles live and I own all their albums. I own Britney cd's, Carly's cd, The BEP's stuff, Ke$ha, etc. None of them are great performers, yet I own their music. I don't care about performances. And quite frankly, the GP does not either. They don't watch award shows, they don't watch iTunes festivals or iHeartRadio festivals, and they don't go to concerts, either. So it doesn't matter if someone is a great performance artist or not. If you don't like someone's MUSIC to begin with, then you certainly won't care if/and/when they perform.
Katy performs bad, but her tour was great. Now why was that?
