Sean Garrett "Her new album is going to be incredible"
But his most high-profile client at the moment, at least as far as the tabloids are concerned, is the newly-single Britney Spears.
"Her album's going to be incredible," Garrett told The Showbuzz. "I am really excited. She's been very happy-go-lucky in the studio. Her mindset is great — she seems very focused."
Garrett said that he is making sure he's giving her some tracks that are "going to be talked about. Exciting, aggressive, fun. We're definitely getting back to the basics with her. We're trying to make the world dance and sing to her beat."
So far, they've done seven songs for her album.

Mary J Blige defends Britney's actions
Singer Mary J Blige has defended popstar Britney Spears over her recent partying, since her split from husband Kevin Federline.
According to ITV.com, the singer urged the media to give Spears a break.
Blige said: "I know that at some point in our lives we've had a situation like Britney's, meaning that we all were with someone we thought loved us and actually didn't."
"We make mistakes. I am looking at Britney as a human being just like myself. I messed up big time in my life."
"I love Britney and I send out all of my prayers and all great energy to her because she's young and she is going through it," she said.
"She is going to get through. She is going to come out on the other side real nice I think."
Spears recently said that she may have taken her new-found freedom too far with her partying lifestyle.

MTV's Real World's The " Miz" talks about Britney on Myspace
On Friday I attended at party at the hot spot Les Deux. Fridays at Les Deux is so much fun because you really don't know who you're going to see and what's going to happen. This is the place where you see the pics of stars in US Weekly mag. doing stupid stuff.
On this night my boys from 24-7 on MTV got a table so we were definately going to get into some trouble. After drinking for a bit Josh Henderson and I were talking and one of our other friends came over and told Josh that Britney Spears was there and he wanted to introduce him to her. I go there's no way I'm missing this I'm coming with. First off, I wanted to meet her because one of my Real World Roomates, Malik, met her and she said she was a fan of the show. Secondly, I wanted to see if she was wearing a skirt and I know this is terrible, but I had to witness it first hand if the girl was wearing drawers. Isn't that terrible but it's been such a big deal on the internet and all over TV. Has everyone seen the pictures of this girl not wearing underwear while wearing a skirt. I get that some women don't like underwear but when papparrazzi is putting your junk all over the internet you'd think you'd learn your lesson but she hasn't little Britney has been seen on 3 different occasions.
So we walk over to her table and there she was, no Paris or Lyndsay, IN A SHORT DRESS however her legs were crossed. I found myself waiting for her to switch legs. What a pervert, right? Well, I wasn't the only one because that's all anyone was talking about. Our friend that knows Britney tried to get her attention to talk but she was in a pretty deep conversation with some dude. Sorry KFED. I don't know who the guy was but they were sitting a bit close and nobody was butting in on that conversation. After standing at her table for a minute we decided it was a lost cause, both meeting her and her switching her legs.
I imagine this isn't the last time I will see Britney out partying seeing that she's been out every night since her and KFED have been over. Until next time be good. Be bad. BE MIZ!!!! HOO RAH!!!

Sean Garrett has big things planned for the next Britney album
What do Usher, Chris Brown, Beyonce and Ciara have in common? They've all had hits - big hits - with songs written by Sean Garrett.
His current projects include a track for Mary J. Blige's upcoming greatest hits album, and new songs for Omarion, Fantasia, Mario and Enrique Iglesias.
But his most high-profile client at the moment, at least as far as the tabloids are concerned, is the newly-single Britney Spears.
"Her album's going to be incredible," Garrett told The Showbuzz. "I am really excited. She's been very happy-go-lucky in the studio. Her mindset is great - she seems very focused."
Garrett said that he is making sure he's giving her some tracks that are "going to be talked about. Exciting, aggressive, fun. We're definitely getting back to the basics with her. We're trying to make the world dance and sing to her beat."
So far, they've done seven songs for her album.
Dubbed "The Pen" by rapper and music mogul Jay-Z, the 29-year-old songwriter started his career as an R&B vocalist.
He signed a record contract at 17, while he was still living in Europe, and returned to the U.S. a few years later.
After a U.S. record deal failed to work out, Garrett decided to go back to school and then embarked on a lucrative career as a mortgage broker.
The creative spirit never left him and he eventually found his way back to music.
"I was writing a lot of songs and people were like, 'you should write songs for other people outside of yourself,'" Garrett said. "One thing lead to another. A couple of radio stations heard some of my songs and that's when I started getting noticed as a songwriter. So, I moved back to Atlanta, did a co-publishing deal with Hitco Music Publishing and the rest is history."
His first big hit was "Yeah" for Usher in 2004, a song he knew from the beginning would be a smash.
"(Userh's people) felt like it was a little bit out of his zone, but I felt it was perfect for him," Garrett said. "I had the opportunity to listen to some of the songs on his 'Confessions' album before it was released. After listening to some of the songs, I felt like the album was great but he didn't have a 'Thriller' or a 'Billie Jean' on the album, so that was the perspective I was pretty much aiming for."
His aim was dead on. "Yeah" was No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for 12 weeks in a row.
Garrett followed up that hit with "Goodies" for Ciara, then continued his winning streak with "Run It" for Chris Brown, and "Soldier" and "Lose My Breath" for Destiny's Child..His recent hits include "Buttons" for the Pussycat Dolls, "Ring The Alarm" and "Check On It" for Beyonce, and "London Bridge" for Fergie. He also has two songs on Mary J. Blige's album "The Breakthrough" which is nominated for multiple Grammys this year.
It's hard to imagine how Garrett finds the time to write and produce so many different artists. His secret is a combination of discipline - and lack of sleep.
"(My day) starts around eight in the morning," he said. "Normally I try to work out for about an hour, and then it's chaos till about 3 a.m. I try to get four or five hours of sleep a night."
Somewhere in there Garrett manages to also find time to spend with his young son.
Garrett said that sometimes it can be stressful to juggle working with multiple artists at a time, but it's worth it. "I work a lot of long hours, but it's fun," he said. "I can't complain."
He still hopes to revisit his career as a singer some day, but that doesn't mean he's about to quit his lucrative day job.
"I'm just putting things together for my album," he said. "I'm not really ever going to compromise my day job. My day job is to do hits for stars. But there are quite a few songs that I've done that work perfect on me versus other people. I just love the music and I love creating music. I plan to be around for a very long time."

Britney Spears Still Loves A Little Black Lace
Is Britney's style more consistent than we've realized? We've been busy concentrating on her ever-evolving hair -- short, long, blodne, brown -- but Britney's lacy mini-dress from this weekend looked awfully familiar. The pop princess wore a similar Dolce & Gabbana mini, showcasing her undies and toned tummy, to the VMAs all the way back in 2001. Is this just a case of the more things change, the more they stay the same? We continue to be impressed with her post-baby body, but we certainly prefer her covered up look.

NEW TATOO!!!!
Britney Spears has been on countless booze-fuelled nights out since splitting with husband Kevin Federline and it looks like it's starting to take its toll.
The latest? Brit-Brit was spotted taking her 16-year-old sister Jamie-Lynn to a seedy tattoo parlour in Los Angeles for a late-night visit.
It's unclear exactly what happened there last night (stay tuned!), but perhaps the paparazzi princess was having a little redesign work done.
Two years ago she and K-Fed had matching dice tattooed on their wrists as a symbol of their enduring love.
According to an eyewitness last night she was having hers altered into something less embarrassing. Let's hope that's a lesson for her kid sister.
UPDATE: Brit visited the Devil Doll Tattoo parlor in Studio City looking anxious and laughed nervously as she discussed the design with the burly,bald headed and heavily tattooed artist.
She spent only 20 minutes under the needle, leaving with a small dab of ointment applied and a small piece of gauze to help heal her newly acquired artwork. After texting a couple of her friends with the new info and posing for a picture, she pulled on her furry parka hood and departed to her SUV for the short drive back to her new Hollywood Hills hideway.

On E! news they were talking about the most anticipated album of 2007
They asked this girl from Billboard if after all those tabloids stories and criticism she will still having her loyal fans.
And she said people will be definitely rooting for Britney because music industry and her fans have watched her grow up and now people want to get a little bit of her start back.
That was nice and I agree with her, I think people is tired of hearing about Britney's personal life instead of that they want to see what her new image and sound is going to be.
She was born to entertain and perform her personal life is kind of chaotic.

Britney To Pose For Vanity Fair

BRITNEY SPEARS has reportedly signed a deal with US magazine Vanity Fair to tell all about her failed marriage to KEVIN FEDERLINE. The TOXIC singer was so impressed by the publication's heartfelt interview with JENNIFER ANISTON following her split from BRAD PITT, she plans to lift the lid on her two-year union with the aspiring rapper. A source tells British newspaper The Sun, "Britney has agreed to make Vanity Fair her first big statement about her new life. "The interview will be very frank. She liked how they handled Jennifer's first interview after her divorce from Brad Pitt."

FALSE: February Single , April Album Release
There's been rumors going around saying that there's going to be a new single release in February followed by an album in April, and how Larry has said this and that to a radio station DJ, and how another DJ said this and that about a single called 'Flown'.
Here's the thing, there is no point in anyone believing all these rumors circulating around the Internet unless it's reported directly by the official site or by WoB, so, unless you hear a confirmation from us or BritneySpears.com, don't go and get yourself excited ! It's not fair !
I talked to Larry, and he said there is no such thing as a single planned for February, neither alone a single called 'Flown' or an album release planned for April.
Come on guys, you don't actually think Britney is going to release anything before Q4 of 2007 do you? They have sooooo much fixing up to do it's insane. As we all know, and to be frank, our beloved Britney right now, is a train wreck....and they've got a lot of cleaning up to do, starting out from the inside before an album release can even be considered (she needs to be ready, duh). Yes, we see Britney going in and out of the studio, but when have we not? She has always been recording. It's going to take at least a year to continue recording the hundreds of tracks which will be followed by strategically selecting the lucky 10-13 that will make it.
I don't think a new studio album will come out until at least after the summer, if not by November of next year. Remember that artists like Britney who are considered in the biz as 'superstars' would never release an album in the 1st or 2nd quarter of the year, those times are reserved for new artists and medium sized artists, it's just the way the music biz is designed. Last but not least, knowing how Larry works, I seriously don't think he would aim for anything less than a Q4 release followed by a tour in early 2008
