Anyways, I don't see this song doing well on the charts. Definitely at TOP 20 hit, but not #1. There's nothing wrong with her doing all these female empowerment songs, but she should know that they won't be as successful as other songs. SOTS I can see going #1 with the right promo though.
I feel like the reason Run The World didn't do as well as expected is because it was such a political record. People liked Single Ladies because it had a fun dance and a hot video. It was also catchy as ****. RTW was the opposite of that. Everything about it was strong, political, and serious. Grown Woman is kind of in between SL and RTW so We'll see how that goes.
The thing I respect the most about Beyoncé is that whether her singles are big hits or not, she continues to grow as an artist and doesn't give in to the trends like some of the other pop girls.
