I think that they are referring to the new sound and innovation that went with the blackout process.

It is starting to get stale and although FF could at least be remembered as the album iwth the first #1 hit with dubstep...she needs something more forward and innovative.

I think she can blend Blackout out 's innovation + In the zone's creativity - oversexed bs and incorporate some euphoric moments "Heaven on earth" "Kiss you all over""Perfect lover"

I need more Gimme more hits, piece of me production and break the ice vocals.

Put a few heaven on earth singles to balance it out so that it isn't dark just to another level.

THEY HAVE TO STEP IT UP so that it is not a rehash.

Blackout is so easily flawless that I bought it on pre-order, without listening to any other songs but the lead single. I'm not even a fan/stan, but Gimme More told me everything that was needed.

I ran to my micro player to give it a spin from start to finish. Love at first sight.

Like it or not, she needs Dr. Luke for two-three songs. Dr. Luke is the place to go when you need a pure pop song and Circus (the song) is really amazing because the mixture element of pop and a little bit urban

I mentioned those producers because they're the only ones who tend to come up with a fresh sound when they take their breaks.

Luke is REALLY good at times. But, chances are higher that he's going to rehash the beats from his recent hits or Ke$ha's upcoming album and paste Britney's vocals over them. Danja had peaked and didn't show any progress after Blackout. His work on Circus was lazy and I haven't heard anything special after that.

When we talk Blackout, we talk about pushing the envelope and coming up with a fresh and exciting sound + Brintey getting out of her comfort zone in the studio. DC and B&A are the only ones who are capable of making that happen for a Blackout 2.0.
