Okay Andrew... well, you request one from here or Vitor or Jay, Sama, EJ, and NG, and they make it for you. You should ask them if you prefer something in it, what size you want, etc. And then, you buy the avatar upgrade (the pixel maximum ammount is 125x125) but strangely, the act is not permitted right now, but maybe they'll get it working. PM me if you need anymore help.
