RiRi doesn't dance enough, but when she does I think she turns it pretty well. Gaga dances all the time in her shows and videos but I really can't stand her choreo, which looks so awkward and stiff with all the extensions and little nonsensical flourishes that just distract from the performance. Bad Romance was brilliant, iconic choreography and I feel like every setup since then has been weak attempts to replicate it.
Gaga can do a great job when she's not singing, but if Rihanna really tried she could give most these girls a run for her money.
They both lack something the other doesn't. Gaga has more technique and Rihanna has more flow on her movements.

I really like this answer tbh. Gaga is a better dancer because she has more technique but Rihanna obviously has more flow and rhythm however shes just more lazy when it comes to dancing.
