One of the highlights is "Turn Up the Radio," which sounds like it was born to be this summer's feel-good anthem. It's bright, happy and fun, all about letting go of the past. Over Martin Solveig's sunny production, Madge sings, "It was time I opened my eyes/ I'm leaving the past behind/ Nothing's ever what it seems/ Including this time and this crazy dream."
If the rest of the album is as brilliant as these reviews are making it out to be then good; I'll have something to listen to. Bringing up other current pop artists is unnecessary and simply childish. Just make music, shut the **** up and hope the people like it. I don't need old Madonna enthusiasts in their office cubicles telling me that her music will please my ears more than another pop stars' and therefore she remains the Queen blah blah blah. STFU with that egotistical ********.
I'm glad to see this getting good reviews. I'm really surprised that turn up the radio is being mentioned as a highlight in many reviews, because in the megamix it doesn't really sound that good. We'll see
