This could honestly end up being an iconic photo of her. It's almost vulgar in a way, but it just comes off as art. The use of the chanel sunglases and heels works so amazingly.

that photo has a ton of compression artifacts which show up along edges all through it, not just around her body. That's evidence of crappy conversion more than photoshop. We are talking Annie Leibowitz here and a highly professional team, there is no way they would produce a photo with obvious masking artifacts. They might have photoshopped Gaga a bit, but there are plenty of photos out there that prove she has outstanding legs and butt, so I don't think they did much. What you are looking at there is just a very fit, toned body. Gaga has a personal trainer, works out, and eats properly, so that shouldn't exactly be a shock to anyone. Gaga and the table may be compositted in to the scene with Tony, but Tony did in fact sketch her nude, but probably not with that setup. Actually it looks to be a composite for sure, the lighting is different on Tony than it is on Gaga.

Its so raw, and very "american". I don;t know how to properly describe it but this is an amazing photo.

Shes proper weight, anybody with a fit body is going to show ribs in that position.
and by the way, there is not much, if any, evidence of skin smoothing or blemish removal in that shot. A typical "Glamour" style photoshop job would have removed skin dots near her ribcage, smoothed out the skin tone, and de-emphasized the rib shadowing (ie, that Katy Perry photo above). I think photoshop on her body is minimal if any. She doesn't look like a plastic barbie doll which is the case with the majority of magazine glamour shots. And yes, I am a photographer and photoshop user.
