You're attempting to paint Rihanna in the Adele category -- as if she's a pure vocalists.
She's in the same category, in terms of the stage, as the rest of the female pop
acts, and yet, she lacks the stage skills of the rest of the female pop acts.

I never mentioned Adele's name so I absolutely no idea where you got that idea from.
Again, since it escaped you the first time. Rihanna is not a heavy choreographed performer. There is nothing in the POP music rule book that states one must have a heavy choreographed routine for each performance. In my opinion that can sometimes come across as too cheesy and OTT. e.g. See 80s British POP sensations Five Star.
Rihanna can follow a choreographed routine as she proves in this clip but then again that is not her style.
Rihanna is Rihanna doing Rihanna. You don't like it, then fine, move on to something that you do like and let others , millions of us who like and support Rihanna appreciate her for who she is.
By the way that clip you posted of Britney was a mess but who am I to judge and disect why you happen to think that is the be all and end all of all performances??
You're stating the obvious.
Of course live shows are different than watching it on television.
But you can still say whether a performance is good or
bad whether you watch it on television or see it live.

and she has very solid performances, some of them have been shown to you already but you find something bad about every single one. which is why this thread is a moot point from the original post. you just don't like rihanna therefore nothing anyone can show you is going to change your mind about her. you can judge a good performance from youtube videos (with decent sound quality of course) but not stage presence.
Everything I said earlier clearly went over your ****ing head, all her tour reviews have not been great. It's been mixed, my point was to form your own opinion. I even dumb it down for you by saying that one critic may say a movie is awful while the other may say it's great, either way it's still an opinion...so no...their opinion isn't above mine.
If a food critic who has 20 years experience takes me out to eat for dinner and says the lasagna is awful but I enjoyed it does that mean his opinion is superior to mine just because he has the experience of judging food?
Rihanna's LOUD tour reviews have not been mixed. She had a few bad performance and critics agreed with it. (see. her Brazil & Rio performances). Other than that they've all been positive. Even MJ had great performance but not all of his performance have been on the same degree as his most iconic ones. He's had a few bad ones here and there. Everyone does since their human. The thing is Rihanna is 23 and her performances skill are getting better and better the older she gets. As EXPERIENCED critics' reviews are showing.
Also far as your little "Lasagna" logic goes,
Seeing how the chief/taster is more EXPERIENCED and tasted greater quality of Lasagna before, Not the the generic olive garden brand been you've chewing on. Then the answer is yes. That is why they are more creditable. Like i said. You tried.
Well since this is already a comparison thread about who has more stage presence, I don't see the problem in bringing up Beyoncé. And why not use the best example to set the standard.
Except this is not about Beyoncé. This is about Rihanna. Your original comment was unnecessary and WP worthy.
Not very much. I don't think she's in the league of Britney, Gaga and Beyonce in terms of it.
I don't find Gaga a natural performer, i feel she prepares her self a looooot and try to make original performances, but i don't see in her the "Britney/Bey type of stage presence" that is within them.
Like i said she can improve as an artist...Rihanna's relevancy never came from being a killer performer, and maybe at this point of succes she doesn't need it, it would be nice if she improve but it's not transcendental for her, never was....she still a nice performer.
Then she wouldn't be remembered for much of anything other than hit singles and 'the incident' and that's where it stops, and that's not saying much.

Do you think Rihanna is a better performer than Gaga? and what's wrong with her preparing herself? all artists do that prior to the show. It's called rehearsals, I apologize that Gaga puts her all into her performances.
