I found this from Tumblr.

So last night at the concert in Atlanta, we were hanging out by the sound booth when Mr. Swift came over. He handed us guitar picks and told us that Taylor's new album is the best yet and will be out in 2012. Then Andrea came over when Taylor was singing "Ours" and was like "Can we sing together? This is my favorite song!" Mr. Swift started taking pictures on his phone of us singing (maybe to show to Taylor?!) and during the part "any snide remarks.." They were like "Yeah it was so true!"

I'm hoping this means we may finally be getting an album where the emphasis isn't on relationships... You can sing about love without singing about boyfriends... A song about moving on could be another ex-boyfriend, but it could also be about death, and she has lost a couple of people since the release of Speak Now...

Swift refuses to defend her singing voice. She told me, "I write songs, and my voice is just a way to get those lyrics across."

I'd also really love to have her do a soundtrack!

I want the song, "Speak Now", to be a single. Maybe it could be the last single to end the era.

That's what I expect as well... She always used to talk about how there were no songs about breaking up a wedding on the radio, and it has such great crossover appeal.
I think the best way to end the era would be to release Enchanted next, with a performance at the CMAs and a music video. She could possibly perform at the AMAs November 20, but they're in LA and she has a show in NYC the next day, so I wouldn't count on it...
After Enchanted, they should release Speak Now in either February or March with a Grammys performance (she's due for one, especially becuase she will likely have several nominations). She's off tour from the beginning of December until the start of March, so she can rest, record for the next album and film the Speak Now music video. Then in March, she'll have a month of touring in Australia, and then she'll have April through June to finish up the next album before releasing the lead single at the end of summer 2012.

Jason Aldean, Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, Brad Paisley and Taylor Swift will be honored during CMT Artists of the Year, a 90-minute special premiering Dec. 13 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CMT. Criteria for choosing the five acts included music sales, country radio airplay, concert grosses as a headliner or co-headliner and video streams, searches and page views on CMT.com. During the past 12 months, the five artists have collectively sold more than 9 million copies of their albums and more than 20 million individual downloads of their current singles. Scheduled to be taped in Nashville, the celebration will feature star-studded performances from the honorees as well as celebrity peers from across the entertainment spectrum. The evening's cuisine will be inspired by the artists of the year and prepared by celebrity chef Stephanie Izard, winner of TV's Top Chef competition and chef/partner of Girl and the Goat restaurant in Chicago.

1. This is Taylor's second consecutive year recieving this honor.
2. Taylor is likely responsible for at least 1/4 of those album sales.
3. The TV special airs on her 22nd birthday (but it may be pre-recorded).
4. She'll be performing, which is free promo for whatever she chooses to perform.

Taylor Swift will receive the 2011 Harmony Award, Symphony Ball Chairs Mrs. Steven Eskind (Laurie) and Mrs. Bennett Frederick Horne Jr. (Vicki) announced today. The four-time GRAMMY® winner, reigning Billboard Top 200 Albums Artist and Academy of Country Music and Entertainment Weekly Entertainer of the Year will be presented the award at the 27th annual Symphony Ball on Saturday, December 10, 2011, at Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
Each year, the Nashville Symphony presents the Harmony Award to an individual who exemplifies the harmonious spirit of Nashville's thriving musical community. "We are proud to call our home Music City, and Taylor Swift is the perfect person to receive this award, because she has contributed so tremendously to promoting this amazing community of which we are all a part," says Nashville Symphony CEO and President Alan Valentine. "From classical to country to pop, a wide variety of genres of music thrive in Nashville, and Swift embodies the all-encompassing spirit that makes our city such a uniquely special place."
Moving to Nashville with her family at age 14 to pursue her music career, Swift released her self-titled debut album in 2006. She has since become the top-selling digital artist in music history, has topped both the Country and Pop radio charts, and last year sold more albums than any other artist in any genre of music. With the release of her latest album, Speak Now, Swift has made history on the Billboard Hot 100, charting a record-breaking 11 songs from one album in a single week. She writes all of her own songs, has career record sales in excess of 20 million albums and 33 million song downloads and sells out stadiums and arenas around the globe -- this year playing 98 shows in 17 countries.
Last year, at the age of 20, Swift became the youngest artist in history to win the music industry's highest honor, the GRAMMY Award for Album of the Year. Also at the 2010 GRAMMYs, she took home the awards for Country Album of the Year, Best Country Song and Best Country Female Vocal Performance. Her six-times Platinum album Fearless is the most awarded album in country music history, and her multi-Platinum Speak Now album is the #1-selling album in all genres of music over the past 12 months.

I think a few of the reciepts are outdated (21 has outsold Speak Now), but this is a big honor regardless.

Enchanted is already higher than Back To December on iTunes, and it's likely going to pass You Belong With Me within the next few days. Add the fact that she has the 3 Wonderstruck TV appearances (Ellen, Good Morning America, Regis & Kelly) coming up towards the end of November... IMPENDING SMASH.
ENCHANTED IS #87 ON ITUNES COUNTRY CHART. It's only 1 spot away from passing YBWM!!!

I am kind of on the fence with this. This song is really hard to pull off live.

Maybe she could sing the beginning of enchanted then go right into sparks fly. Or vice versa. If she has some really big performance of sparks fly, with sparks and fireworks, the song would rocket up the charts.
