Her career is by no means over, but she'll never reach those heights again. She's just another girl the industry churned out.

Nah, trends change, and I don't think Katy has really established any kind of memorable niche for herself to cement longevity. Not saying that she's destined to fail, but it's unlikely she'll ever be a true phenomenon.

Gaga's days as the top pop bitch are coming to an end, though, unsurprisingly - most superstars do not surpass their top eras when their top eras are that massive. The only question is, who will ascend to the throne next?
