They sold double what Blackout did, so they obviously deserved the #1 spot. Yeah, Billboard's rule change came at a bad time for Britney, but you honestly think it would've been more fair for The Eagles (who I know not one song by, so this is not biased) to have not been granted the top position when they sold 700,000+ copies? Sorry, Blackout is my favorite Britney album by far, and one of my top 5 albums of all time, but Britney fans are wrong on this one.

like i said for artists TODAY it is like a slap in the face. Britney is still selling albums today, thats what i meant. The blackout issue is only relevant because it inevitably screwed Britney over but the reasoning is logical for why billboard did it. HOWEVER, his hypothetical reasoning for allowing gaga's albums to be counted is not credible, at least not right now since albums are STILL selling for 14.99 today.
