J-Hud fans took over Chris album thread and now over here? Why soo mad? what caused it?
It's not that serious. The artist are not paying you. You guys are not on their payroll. Whoever did more is because fans went out there and bought it. Now longevity is the key... No one knows yet which artists will have it until the weeks go by. All of this back and forth is just nonsense.
That's all I'm here for. Big 1st week is nice but means nothing if it drops off quickly.
Talking about longevity I wonder how much The Fame sold this week? I swear that album is the 'little engine that could'.
Even though Jennifer didn't debut at #1, it doesn't knock off the possibility of her rising up to the #1 spot after the hype dies down of Chris, Britney, and any other big seller. The same thing happened to Nicki Minaj. She debuted at #2 but 10 weeks later she had the #1 spot with only 45,000 copies sold.
I think this is the first comment I've read where someone is applauding both Chris & Jennifer.
