Congress can't overturn the Supreme Court's decision, and the Supreme Court usually doesn't change a previous ruling. The issue of marriage equality isn't going to be pushed to the top of the Supreme Court's agenda anytime soon. Congress would have to work to bring forth new legislation or make an amendment to the Constitution - both of which seem unlikely.
