It is the hook, it's just a trash hook. Sounds like something she pulled out of her ass and never bothered to change.
This is SO lackluster. I'm disappointed--and I don't think I'll grow to love it like I did with Superlove. Girl needs some help with her hooks. If she would've done something a la:

Pick up on your phone, come and get down with me

The bitch could have snatched my ENTIRE WIG. I literally wrote this in the text box and it's easy to come up with a killer melody for this. Like?? Wyd girl

Ugh, Tinashe, why. It's a really good, vibey song with great production but it feels anticlimactic on second listen, like it's just one long verse...
It's a bop though, I'm not hating on it. It just could've been BIGGER
