Ya Kanye's drop was expected. He always has major drops. This one was especially going to be bad considering he still doesn't know how to shut up yet he doesn't use it to actually promote but only to start even more controversies (ones that don't help btw). No promotion + no hit = second week.

I guess I'm the only one not surprised by Kanye and Nicki's drops...? I called this last week. Kid Cudi had a similarly steep drop (82%). Urban artists tend to have frontloaded sales.

Nah, I expected these massive drops even with the season. There's nothing to sustain sales for the second week, especially in Kanye's case. The initial fervor is gone. They probably won't stabilize until maybe next week.

I don't think he'll be ignored or forgotten, despite his precipitous drop. His album wasn't just praised, it was called a masterpiece by everyone. This is like THE album by which others will be compared (critically).
