The video is 10 seconds. Justin 'throwing the first punch' isn't how the law sees it. Bieber was attacked and defended himself, and was further engaged in an altercation where he was physically attacked even further.
Proof or no proof of one's character isn't a defence. Keep that for the playground, this is an incident of assault
