All celebrities are to an extent. Madonna is the queen on this in the music industry. Taylor "Nothing comes before the brand" is also very strategic. People tend to get like this when there's a lot of money involved.

The logic in this thread implies that anyone meeting, or collaborating, with anyone else is manipulative. Celebrities meet and greet often. They're in the same town so why not? Talented musicians enjoy working together. It's called experimenting and meshing styles. A lot of you seem to give Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera, Madonna, etc a free pass.
