This thread is pretty cool. I stay up late all the time. I used to be up until 6am but I've started going to bed at 3am. That's considered early for me.
Ugh, I've only had a lucid dream once (and it was a Gaga concert... ), but I've had SO many where I know I'm dreaming but can't control what's going on.
Whoever made this thread (to lazy & tires to look :/) thank you do much me and my best friend usually stay up all night but she's in Florida Til the 11th so this thread will hold me over
I've never had one and probably never won't the closest I've gotten to any "action" in a dream was a kiss between me and my friend and it didn't even happen 😭
I've been going to sleep at 11 AM for the past week, sucks tho cuz I only get 5 hours of sleep before my body wakes up
Really? I usually fall asleep at 8am then wake up around 3-5pm. I hate it when I have vacation because I always plan I getting loads of sleep and maintaining a healthy sleeping schedule but I never do.
Excited to see if anyone has a lucid dream & what they experience.
I've had it only once, freaky as ****. Everything around me was dark & shadowy, tried to move but felt completely stuck & this unexplained pressure holding me down. It was trippy. I fell back asleep & woke up scared as hell a ghost was teasing me. Then googled & found out it was sleep paralysis I refused to sleep on my back anymore
I read a post on 9gag about this sleeping paralysis thing, and scared as ****. It said that the ghosts will try to use your body when it's 'locked' like that.
For people who think it's a spiritual thing they say the way to make it go away is to sleep with a cross under your mattress or to keep thinking over and over "Oh god Oh god Oh god" and it should stop.
I have another question:
Does anyone else lay down and dream about things while being awake before you actually go to sleep? I always do that. I listen to music, then I lay down for awhile dreaming up stuff before I actually go to sleep.
