Don't be so sure—just look at The Great Pussycat Doll Massacre that started things off! As I said, En Vogue tracks either fell really high or really low. I think these tracks probably suffered from being stuffed between other songs with much bigger and better hooks in the listening order.

I think the problem is ... a lot of these kids just can't understand R&B music made in the late 80s/early 90s. Also can't understand a lot of rap from that time. It's a bit too classy.

I think the problem is ... a lot of these kids just can't understand R&B music made in the late 80s/early 90s. Also can't understand a lot of rap from that time. It's a bit too classy.
