How someone handles being groped in public is not indicative of class, and its ridiculous to equate it with such. If she had lashed out, would that have been unclassy? What would it have been, then?

It was a measured reaction, handled with good grace. It showed levelheadedness and maturity. For some that means class, but remember just because someone chooses to conduct themselves with class, it doesn't mean they're a classy person, but generally when someone frequently handles situations in a mature and level way it's not an alien concept for people to start ascribing the word to someone.
If she lashed out she would have been perfectly in her right to (It may have been a good way to make an example in an attempt to make people think twice about doing it again like Rihanna did), but no, it wouldn't have been unclassy. Just a hostile reactionary response - an instinctive reaction to a threat if you will. Unclassy would be something like spitting in someone's face or getting in a full blown scrap.
