So, with some special permission ~~I think~~ from Celebrate/Zune/Celezune, or whatever you want to call him, and some spare time, I decided to give this chart an update for the new year. It's kind of a cool idea to see what you guys are all charting. Interestingly, one observation I have noticed about YTT, is that you guys usually know hits before they come hits. For example, I remember seeing Habits (Stay High) and Take Me To Church here, weeks before they charted on Billboard. Your impact YTT

So, I decided to keep Celebrate's structure as that would be easier to update, and easier to follow. So, yes to consistency! I might stop updating though if I see too much Ed Sheeran here.... I'm just kidding ~~(or am I?)~~ Anyway, this is one of the best sections on ATRL and very useful. I think it's fun to see what we're all charting together.

I think the way I will go about this, is that I'll try and hit everyone who has an update within the last 6 days. And go about it that way. If you check the thread, updated, and I haven't included you, feel free to tell me and I will be sure to include you on the next one.

So, there were 31 people give or take a couple, with chart updates within that last 6 days. I'll chart the top 47, since that's when the songs with 4 points ends.

Anyways let me get into my chart analysis mood.

Guess who just released a new single?

FourFiveSeconds by Rihanna, Kanye West, and Sir Paul McCartney, reigns supreme. The song only reigns by one point, barely holding off Uptown Funk from the top spot. doesn't stop reigning at the top of this chart.It was in the top 5 of 6
charts (Bloomers, Slayley, NumbFentyStan, Ant, DRjuss06, and elevenOCEAN) so good taste guys!

Actually, only one point separated the top 3. So it was a close race between Black Space, FourFiveSeconds, and Uptown Funk. As such, they also appeared on a lot of your charts, in unranked positions. Anecdotally, I'm pretty sure that Blank Space was on the most charts. Honestly, I saw Love Me Like You Do on the most, but Ellie wasn't in the top 5, so poor that; and I digress...

Well, this chart is returning after a hiatus, so there really isn't too much to report on what happened the last week, so here's to looking forward to seeing what you all have next week.

Yup, that consistency was definitely and totally planned.

I was surprised at a couple of the entries honestly. Looking at this, I'm really interested to see how Years & Years do and if they can really catch on in the coming weeks & months. Also, the performance of Rihanna's more polarizing single surprised me. But some of that might be my own impact.

I wonder how the chart would look if I still have my countdown. Hmm. Since I'm done with my Best of, I got time to listen to new music. I did hear the new Rih/Ye/Paul song and I liked, though sounded weird at first, but I liked it anyway. Is it really a lead single from Rihanna's new album or is it just a buzz single or just for fun song? Whatever it is, I'm interested. I'm so glad that Take Me to Life is still praised like the high heavens. Other favs include Uptown Funk, I Bet My Life, Talking Body, I'm not the Only One, and Prayer in C. V.S.O.P is here? Isn't that song more than two years old? I forgot that old songs are the trend. Good job Bloomers.

After looking around a bit, it might be close again

I went to update last night; I had all the data on the spreadsheet and crunched, and then... I got sleepy. Sorry for the delay! Today was a busy day so I didn't get the chance to sit down and do this until now. It's vaguely relaxing doing all this. It's very zen. Anyway, you don't care about that, let's move onto the chart stuff!

If my counting was correct, I looked at 29 active charts. We can do better! Tell your friends about this section! Have them make a chart and influence this chart of charts! And again, if I didn't count your chart, feel free to tell me. The charts I checked are in the collapse below. Once again, special shout-out to Celebrate for the permission to do this, and for allowing me to pretty much swipe the formatting.

That Rihanna, Paul McCartney, and Kanye West reign won't let up. 2 weeks after the single release and FourFiveSeconds widens its lead over the number 2 spot by a substantial margin. Not surprisingly, the song topped the most charts section-wide with a total of 5 personal charts topped (Mine, Slayley, NumbFentyStan, DemnisBreezy, and Remmy Editorial Note: Good taste that bunch has

). FFS also appeared within the most top tens (8) compared to Love Me Like You Do's 7. But Rihanna's song was number 1 in more places whereas Ellie Goulding's song stayed local to topping K$Ellie's chart.

Rounding out the relatively competitive Top 5, we have a relatively stable (in points - 22) Uptown Funk!, Elastic Heart, and Style with only 1 point separating them. It's a razor thin margin and anyone could one up another. Taylor could stand the best chance as her next stylish video release seems imminent. How much will she move up though? Stay tuned!

Elsewhere, on the second week, we have a decent amount of debuts. Fueled by the fact that all it takes is a second place song on a personal chart to rank in the lower reaches of this chart. But it must be cool to see your song here (from personal experience, yes. Yes it is).

The really exciting songs to watch are the ones by Years & Years (who have two entries in King and Desire) and seem to have growing support, Truffle Butter, Pray To God, and Sugar. That's how I see things anyway. Also, the performance of FourFiveSeconds
and Love Me Like You Do should be interesting to follow as well; the songs seem to be steadily growing worldwide and seem to be here to stay. They might grow on some personal charts in the 45weeks to come.

Finally, Taylor Swift dominates this week's charts. She charted the most individual entries; including two in the top 6 (Blank Space and Style). She also charts New Romantics, Out Of The Woods, and Shake It Off for a total of 5 songs (that's 3 singles and two album cuts for those at home following along). Thanks for checking this out everyone!
