However, Madonna is not a ''pop girl'' anymore. She done that over 3 decades ago.

Huh? Stripped outsold In The Zone and B2B outsold Blackout

BRITNEY ****ING SPEARS!
When your faves stop promoting, stop dancing, stop interviewing, stop singing and still slays and accomplishes what Britney does with an ounce of an effort you can call them irreplaceable too. She's earned it.
Plus, she already proved she can do it all, she is THE pop star. #YouBetterWorkBitch
But I think as far as overall package, which includes having a legacy in my opinion, you have to add Beyonce and Pink, although I wouldn't say Pink has had as big of a cultural impact as B and B did.
Madonna without a question would trump'em all, and if Christina had maintained her status as a pop powerhouse she could be one of 'em too.

The Kesha/Britney type of girl pops up every once in a while, generic blonde with a limited voice with flavor of the month autotuned pop songs, just look at Jessica Simpson, Heidi Montag, Hilary Duff and Rihanna

And still any of them replaced Britney, which would make her the most irreplaceable pop girl. There will always be a pop princess, and that's Britney Spears.

Her artistry didn't influence anyone you say. Welp your wrong, just today Miley stated that she was influenced by slave. Selena has also cited slave.
You must be too young to remember.

It's cute you think I'm too young to remember, but no, I'm not.
Here's the thing. It's not that I think Britney Spears the person could be replaced. From all her iconic VMAs to her breakdown to the infamous VMAs she is very much a part of pop culture as we know it.
However from the standpoint of what she actually does, she can easily be replaced. Any blonde dancer could take her spot on-stage with pre-recorded vocals and slay harder than she does these days. And most singers could replace her when she does sing live. The only thing that makes her irreplaceable is WHO she is. And while she had to have gotten there by actually being good at what she does, none of that is particularly unique to Britney. Having the spotlight and the role she did, she was able to influence Miley and Selena and anyone else simply by being the one with the most attention on her. Give someone else of lesser rank the Slave 4 U video and I doubt these girls would cite it as an influence because it's not the creative output they're lusting after it's what she represented. And as it goes in the media, there is always going to be someone to focus on, so if Britney wasn't there, it'd be someone else. She hardly created the role of the pop star in society, although she fills it.

Iggy isn't replacing Nicki in any way. I mean, Work and Bounce went Top 20 in the UK cause they're cute bops, but her raps aren't as entertaining as Nicki's in any way. Moment 4 Life was basically successful for its verses, not for some instrumental breakdown.

Beyoncé.
They tried but failed... many times. Only Rihanna survived and she had to completely overhaul her image (and even now she still takes notes).

Gaga, Beyonce and Britney.
Gaga - because she really is a unique pop girl to have around. The talent, the persona, the passion...it's unrivalled.
Beyonce - because she's a powerhouse and larger than life diva. You could find more talented singers, but you'd struggle finding one who has that presence.
Britney - because she's so of her era. She's nothing special now, but her journey would be unrepeatable. You'd need the 90s phenomenon and the 00s collapse as vital components. Britney's more than just a popstar, she's an icon of celebrity.

Oh, sh*t..... Thought that said "REPLACEABLE" and I was like, "Um... Duh, Rihanna." Never mind, being that it's irreplaceable, she's the last person that deserves a vote, yet I voted for her on accident. Anyways, it's without a doubt, either P!nk or Beyoncé. My vote goes to P!nk, though. I've seen her live and her voice is as good as -- if not better than -- the record, and that's while she's doing all her acrobatics and stuff on stage. She's great. I haven't seen Beyoncé fly around a stadium like that yet. P!nk dominates.
