Romantic/sexual attraction is something inherent to the mind.
You ain't ever met a gay person who told you they knew they were gay from when they were little? An orientation doesn't have to be inherently sexual. Being gay or straight or bi still includes finding someone cute, wanting to hold their hand, being happy around them, having a crush. There are little 6-year-old boys who have crushes on other 6-year-old boys, with "crush" being they like them and being around them makes them happy.
Why would it be bad to teach kids like this that there are gay people and so they won't think their romantic feelings, or at least their sexual feelings later (which start as early as 10/11 and become apparent in many around 13) aren't wrong, weird, or odd?
