There were no real murders on-screen except for the animals. It was even proven in court. The scene where the native woman is impaled on the wooden pole from the butt up to her mouth had to be show to the courts that it was legit and that they used special effects. Nonetheless, this is a ****ed up movie, there's just too much rape (especially in the end
) . Just a warning: there's a rape scene, where the guy gets a ball full of sharp spikes around it and he jams it in the girl's vagina continuously and up close. But the movie has a good message, so I like it
