Okay "Aaliyah isn't better than Ciara or Janet". If Aaliyah wasn't better than Ciara, then why do people always say Ciara is trying to be like Aaliyah? or something of that nature? Aaliyah owns both and its true. Sorry.
I have been watching Ciara's videos, and she's really awesome, but her dancing style is too different. It's much more urban, with all the wiggilng and stuff. Janet's looks more choreographed, more elegant and more feminine. She does gorgeous choreography even to slow jams:
And the thing about JJ is, in her prime, she made it look effortless. Ciara looks like she's working really hard when she dances live
Also, most of Ciara's moves come from the "Miss You Much" video.
Janets moves are so simple. Anybody could do those. A fish with no eyes could do that simple stuff. Ciara can dance her ass off. I mean, its clearly amazing. Just look at the "Get Up" video, or the "Promise Video", or even her "Like a Boy" video. Ciara can dance like its nothing. Its like she doesn't even think about it. She just does it.

I DIDN'T SAY THEY'RE GOOD SINGERS. They're not. And I can admit that. That's the thing... you can't admit that Rihanna's voice is nothing special.
How can I admit something thats not true? When I speak about Rihanna's voice, its truthful. She has an amazing voice. And as time goes by, it will get even better.
Plus Aaliyah has so much natural beauty. I really do miss her. R.i.p
I guess we have different opinions then on what constitutes an "amazing" voice. To me, Rihanna sounds whiny. She hurts my ears. Her voice is not very powerful, nor does she have much of an upper range--if you listen to the songs where she hits "high" notes, she can't hold them for very long, because her voice isn't powerful enough. And when she does, it sounds awful.
This is why I'd rather hear Janet and Ciara's thinner voices... at least they don't hurt my ears. Rihanna doesn't scream like Christina and Beyonce, but she doesn't have to, because it still sounds bad normally.
