Gaga likes her grandiose statements and tends to waffle, but surely it's kind of obvious that she's just saying here that C2C marks the end of her careers first phase? Implication being that things are going to change? No?
It's not really "hype" because she's not indicating quality or importance - just its place on her careers timeline.
