Aside from the gay rights issue, you should take a second look at Romney's economic policies. Romney's promising tax cuts for everyone but doesn't know how to pay for it. He's cutting funding for Pell grants, which enable students to access higher education and get a high paying job. The characterization of Romney as someone who can run the country because he ran a successful company is simply wishful thinking. You have to understand the economic crisis Obama was given, the policies he had to repeal (and some of which are still in place because of Congress, such as the Bush tax cuts), and recognize that when an economy is in freefall, you can't simply stop it the moment you are inaugurated. Your policies aren't magically put in place. No, the economy is not currently at its best, but Obama has made impressive strides given what he was burdened with, and the economy is projected to improve drastically under his policies. Just do your research on Romney's policies. It's amazing what an hour of fact-checking his actual plans will do for you. If you are making over $250,000, though, I'd advise you to vote Romney.
